Photos showing the issue (if applicable)
A short description of your concern
Our team will assess your enquiry within 3–5 business days and respond with the outcome.
Submitting a refund enquiry does not guarantee a refund.
If your case is approved, one of the following resolutions may be offered:
A replacement item
Store credit for future purchases
A partial refund (at our discretion)
Refund enquiries are only considered for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Change-of-mind, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
Items such as used car seat covers, used steering wheel covers, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable.
