1. Submitting a Refund Enquiry

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing covercrew.mgmt@gmail.com with your:

Order number

Photos showing the issue (if applicable)

Short description of your concern

2. Review Process

Our support team will assess your enquiry within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are only approved in exceptional cases, such as:

Product defect or damage upon arrival

Wrong item sent

Depending on the outcome, you may be offered:

A replacement product

Store credit

Apartial refund (at our discretion)

3. Important Notes

Change of mind, incorrect size choice, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund consideration.

All enquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis.
