At CoverCrew, we’re committed to providing quality products built to protect your ride and last the distance.


Please note that we do not offer automatic refunds or returns — instead, customers are welcome to submit a refund enquiry for our team to review.

How Refund Enquiries Work

If you believe there’s an issue with your order, you can submit a refund enquiry within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@covercrew.com.au.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue (if applicable)

  • A short description of your concern

Our team will assess your enquiry within 3–5 business days and respond with the outcome.

Possible Outcomes

Submitting a refund enquiry does not guarantee a refund.
If your case is approved, one of the following resolutions may be offered:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • A partial refund (at our discretion)

Important Information

  • Refund enquiries are only considered for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Change-of-mind, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

  • Items such as used car seat covers, used steering wheel covers, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable.

  • All outcomes are handled case-by-case, and CoverCrew reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the above conditions.
